WHAT is it:
Theme hunt is a weekly fun challenge to join!
WHAT I need to join:
A Photo camera/video camera/recording possibilities (only one from this list is totally cool!)
A Blog/ a photo hosting site (Flickr)
Creative thinking and positivity 
Urge to do something cool every week
WHO is it for:
It is for people who like to take photos, make videos and music.
It is for amateurs, professionals – everybody!
It is for people who would like to share their work with others.
It is for people who would like to have a little challenge every week!
HOW it works:
Every week there will be a new theme word (You can find it on our site, under Theme)
1)Then you can either go outside to capture something that will fall under the theme or you can look around in you computer catalogs to find photos (videos, music) that you or someone in your family has done.
It has to be your own work – lets keep it inside your family.
Please don´t do a Google pictures search!
2) Then you will make a blog entry to your own personal blog. The entry will have photos, video or a music piece that you uploaded to YouTube. You can add as much text as you like. Or you will make a small album into your Flickr site.
3) Then you will add a Theme hunt logo to your entry or to the sidebar of your blog. It is for recognizing people who have joined the hunt. You should tag the entry as Theme hunt.
3) Then you will come to the island (our site) and click on the „little frog“ (inlinkz) on our main-page. There you can add the direct link to your blog-entry.
[In an example: My blog general link is simanson.blogspot.com but in order to join Theme hunt and let other people see your photos/video/music, I will take the direct link to my entry simanson.blogspot.com/2010/01/theme-hunt-dog.html and add this to inlinkz

4) Then you can come back to the island and under „ little frog“ you can see other peoples entries. Then you can go and see what they have done and comment them.
WHEN is it:
It happens every week.
It is from Sunday to Sunday. (Submissions close time is also displayed next to the frog)
So Sunday is the last day to add link to the old theme.
WHERE is it:
Is is in our little island – www.themehunt.ca and you can see peoples findings in their blogs!
WHY do we do it:
We do it to have fun!
We do it to find other people who have same hobbies
We do it to great a friendly little place to share our Theme hunt findings.
Invite your friends hunting and blogging. They will find a new cool hobby.
Let´s bring the community together in that small fantasy island!

If your blog is not in English then you can still entry. All you have to do is to make the Theme hunt blog-entry in English!!
